Took the biggest Cochrane child back to Uni yesterday and was allowed to stay over and be a student again for the night. Lovely. Returned to Cochrane Towers in time to see another wonderful 52 year old fight his way into the Snooker World Championship quarter-finals.

And in other news, the Last Gasp anthology has a lovely cover.



I'm sure this guy is wearing a scrum cap and jockstrap. Bliss...

No I didn't. Nor did I chase young men. Nor dissect anything. I did read an interesting book on ancient battles, though.

It's a lovely cover! I really like the colourscheme and all the hints about it being a historical, but I have to admit that I did rather zero in on his g-string ;) Shame on me!
