May. 21st, 2014 08:41 amIt's fewer than three weeks to UK meet, so it's nice to have another guest, Rebecca Cohen, who I met at the event. (Of course, I love her name because Cohen has huge sporting connotations!)
So, Rebecca, what inspired you to start writing?
For me, this question is really what inspired me to start writing again, as I stopped writing creatively when I went university and pursued a career in science. In my late twenties I was doing a job that didn’t inspire me and I needed an outlet for the left side of my brain. After a rather vivid dream involving a Roman slave boy and a general I started work on a story that ultimately became Servitude (my first published novel).( Read more... )
